STEPS (St Andrews Education for Palestinian Students), in conjunction with the University of St Andrews, offers:
Up to Two full fees and maintenance scholarships each year for Palestinian students to study for a one-year Masters Degree at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
St Andrews is consistently ranked among the top five universities in the United Kingdom; in 2021 it was ranked in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide for 2022 as the best university in the United Kingdom.
