As part of the British Council global programme, World Voice, we are offering a four-day intensive training programme on using singing in an educational context to around 60 school students, their teachers and supervisors from:
- The Ministry of Education and Higher Education,
- UNRWA,
- Al-Musataqbal school in Ramallah and
- Helen Keller School for Special Education of the Visually Impaired
This long term programme comprises several phases and aims to train a core group of English language teachers as master trainers who can cascade the training to other teachers and contribute to wider learning though song.
The first phase of the training programme will take place from 26-29 October, and will be followed by a public performance by the children on Thursday, 30 October in Ramallah.
